As the deadline of submitting your proposol is getting closer, we receive all kinds of questions regarding the procedure. We would like to give you a little hand. In case you have further questions, do not hesitate to send us an email.
Send us your short proposal
First of all, there are two ways of submitting your idea for a cleaner and more involved city to the Startup in Residence program of The Hague:
- through a written proposal
- using the video format
In case you opt for the video format, these are the most important criteria:
- The video pitch may only last a maximum of three minutes and must be delivered via a YouTube link. The video does not have to be shared in public.
- Any YouTube video submitted with an uploading date after the final closing date for tenders (12.00 p.m. on 4 July 2016) will not be considered in this competition.
- Videos delivered in any other way will not be included in the jury evaluation.
- The video pitch may be either in Dutch or English.
- Important note: Information presented after three minutes will not be considered.
- There may not be any attachments included.
The crucial questions your proposal should give an answer to, are:
- Description of the idea within the context of the project to be implemented/What is the goal?
- Plans to work from the current situation to the desired situation.
- The amount of time and money to be invested by the start-up.
Further information can be found on the website of Tenderned. All documents you need to read are to be downloaded on this page. On this page you can download the guidelines as mentioned above.
